DIVE Watches Returns Policy

At DIVE, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom dive watches. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

20 Day Return Window

You may return any unworn, unused, and undamaged watch within 20 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear.
  • All original packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories must be included.
  • Custom orders or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Securely package your watch and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Dive is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model or style, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Defective or Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll cover all costs associated with a replacement or repair in accordance with our warranty terms.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
